Patsy
As a little girl, Patsy enjoyed entertaining her friends and family by playing her upright piano and singing along. She never took piano lessons, but could figure out the chords and melody by plucking out the sounds by ear. She sang in the school choir and many church choirs. She’s done solo and duet singing for weddings and various other events. She was one of the original members of A Step In The Faith music ministry where the group performed at Churches in the U.P. As well as the local community. In 2009, she and her husband George started the monthly music program, Open Mic, in the beautiful Windsor Auditorium at their former High School which is currently the cities community recreation center. At present, Patsy is involved with her husband’s rock and roll band as she sings harmony/solo’s and enjoys being in the percussion section. They perform at Open Mic and also for the local Harvest and Haunt Festival in the fall at the local RV Park. Patsy enjoys her place in One Voice UP using her keen ability to pull out the harmony in just about every song. Enjoying the sunshine. Who's that hiding in the tree? At home, on the lake.
